SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All shipping costs, import duties and tax are added onto the sale price of each piece. Once you have completed a purchase on our website, you can expect it to be delivered to your chosen address without additional payments.


 
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once you have purchased something from our website we will contact our shipping agents to arrange delivery to your address. We will then provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your package on it’s journey to you. The shipped item might be crated up if the item requires it. Once the item is received it is your responsibility to remove all packaging from the item while the delivery staff are with you and ensure that it is not broken, chipped or missing any parts. If something is wrong please with the ordered item, please advise the delivery staff and email us within 24 hours at accounts@shiftperspective.com.

 

SOUTH AFRICAN SHIPPING

Once you have purchased something from our website we will provide a tracking number of the shipment via email or arrange to deliver it personally. If the item is not delivered by us personally, then please remove the packaging from the item while the delivery staff are there and ensure that it is not broken, chipped or missing something. If something is wrong, please advise the delivery staff and email us within 24 hours at accounts@shiftperspective.com.

 
 

 

RETURNS

Shift Perspective will refund your order if it is delivered broken, faulty or if parts are missing. It is your responsibility to unpack your ordered item while the delivery staff are still with you. If any electronic items ordered from our website are faulty within one calendar year after delivery then we will refund you in full. If anything is wrong with the ordered item then inform the delivery staff and contact us within 24 hours at accounts@shiftperspective.com.
